Which states does Lindee cover?
Georgia tax-deed auctions and Alabama’s state-held tax certificates. Florida and other states aren’t covered. County coverage grows as counties publish their lists and as we add them.
Where does the data come from?
From the tax-sale lists each Georgia county publishes, the Alabama Department of Revenue’s certificate lists, and county parcel records. Lindee reads them overnight and links each listing to its parcel.
What’s the difference between Plugin and Community?
Lindee Plugin puts Lindee inside ChatGPT or Claude for your own research; your assistant does the writing. Lindee Community is a private workspace with other investors, with Lindee in every channel and the AI cost covered by us. Community includes everything in Plugin.
Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude account?
For the Plugin, yes — it runs inside your own assistant, so you need an account that lets you add connectors. Community needs no other account.
Is the Alabama amount what I would pay?
No. It’s the tax debt as of the parcel’s tax year, not a price. Interest and later years’ taxes are added on top, and only the Alabama Department of Revenue quotes an actual payoff.
Can Lindee bid for me, or tell me what to buy?
No. Lindee is a research tool for public records. It can’t bid or register anyone for a sale, and nothing it says is legal, tax or investment advice. Confirm anything you plan to bid on with the county.
